Newborn Photoshoot DEPOSIT ONLY

It is best to secure a spot at around 12- 20 weeks of pregnancy to avoid disappointment.
Sessions are completed in my studio in Skelmersdale WN8.
PLEASE NOTE!
I have plans going ahead for a new studio to be built in the garden of my house. This will be complete some time around April 2024 hopefully so please bear in mind any bookings for April / May 2024 onwards could potentially be in my new space which is situated in STANDISH WN6. This is around 12 minutes drive from my current sandy lane studio.

This is for deposit only, remaining balance to be paid on the day of your session. No images will be edited (Including sneak peeks) until full balance is settled.

Please select the month of your due date below and complete the checkout to secure your slot. Even if you are due 31st of the month, you still select the month you are due, not the month after.
Upon receipt of payment of the deposit (non-refundable) you will receive a receipt via paypal.
I ask you to contact me as soon as baby arrives (Within the first 48 hours) to secure a date for the shoot before baby is 4 weeks old. I do take babies up to week 4, however the earlier the better. You can do so via email [email protected], or via my Facebook page (JADE DAVIES PHOTOGRAPHY) If using Facebook page to notify me please start off your message with NEWBORN so i can filter these for quicker responses.

Once you have secured your due month with your deposit, you are guaranteed a session within the first 4 weeks of babys arrival. It doesn't matter if they are early or late, this will be accommodated for as much as possible. I usually allow for a 2 week buffer either side which is why i take on only 12 due dates per month, just incase!

Once baby has arrived and a date is secured then I will send you all the prep info for the session.

Newborn sessions take place Mon - Fri AM only usually - however at the moment I am on maternity leave with my twins so sessions are mainly done on Saturdays when my husband is home to have them. I have limited shooting days due to this currently.

If you'd like sibling(s) of school age to take part, please take this into account. Only siblings are permitted.
I am closed at weekends but where possible i can open the studio at the weekend for upon request, WHERE POSSIBLE for a £65 surcharge in addition to your session.

Any prints or USB's included with your session are for collection only from the studio with prior arrangement. I do not send any products containing your babys images through the post.
Please note: Any products or prints that are not collected from the studio within 12 months of sessions are discarded.

Any sessions cancelled without intent to rearrange any later than 24 hours prior to arranged appointment must settle full balance excluding proven emergencies. I have last minute waiting lists and try to give everybody chances where possible so more than 24 hours notice is needed for cancellations. Should you cancel less than 24 hours before your session you will be invoiced for the remainder. Deposits are non refundable. By paying and securing this deposit, you accept and understand the above information.
Deposits cannot be transferred to other sessions e.g milestone, these are to secure your newborn slot only.
