CHRISTMAS MINI SESSIONS 2024 - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

*** Minis this year will be CASH PAYMENT ONLY for remaining balances ***
I chase a lot of payments each year and do not have the time to be doing so and holding off on edits etc. Cash only accepted so I can keep track of everything with one method. There are two cash machines on the ground floor of the centre if needed. One is located on the side of the Co-op and one is located at the post office.

Sessions will take place in my Skelmersdale studio still - 130 Sandy Lane WN8 8LQ.
Studio is located at the top of the green ramp (Second shop on the left) and it is free parking all around the centre. As you drive up the street you will see the ramp directly ahead of you - you cannot go any further. The large car park is on the left just before the ramp.
If you struggle to locate the ramp, it starts outside a shop called 'Select & save'

Sessions are for children only and are suitable for babies sitting up onwards (Unless with a competent sibling who can hold them) and will comfortably fit 3 siblings.
I am aware some of my clients have more than 3 children, this is fine but the setup may vary based on how i can fit everybody on.

Strictly siblings ONLY per session booked. If you would like your child to have images with their cousins or family, this must be booked as two back to back sessions which will mean you will have your own session but as the session overlaps, you can have images together / as a group also. You will get your own galleries but both will include the group type shots too.

This year there will be two packages again.
You can let me know on the day which one you’d like.
The deposit is the same (£40) for either package.

There are two setups and you can choose between.
If you opt for package 2, both setups are included.



Package 1 - ONE setup - £160 
FIVE digital images.
Once your final images have been edited and completed, you will download from your own private watermarked online gallery
(£120 remaining to pay on the day of your session)
This is either the gingerbread house setup OR the carousel christmas set up.

Package 2 - BOTH setups or wider selection of images on one setup - £190 
TEN digital images. 
Once your final images have been edited and completed, you will download from your own private gallery 
(£150 remaining to pay on the day of your session)
This package includes both setups, or a wider range of images on one setup alone.

Dress code, as neutral as you like. White, beige, cream, brown and deeper oranges are brilliant for the gingerbread setup, anything christmassy / cosy or even outdoor style clothes will be good for the carousel setup.
However this information can be interpreted as you like and you can make a judgement of outfits based on the setups shown in the images. 
Both are outdoorsy style so coats, hats, and wrapped up things will look great too!

Sessions will strictly last around 20 minutes at most.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING - I will be unable to re arrange any session slot or date once booked so please make sure the date and time suits you before booking. Any sessions needing to be moved will require a new deposit to hold that particular date. Deposits are not transferrable.
Deposits are non refundable unless I can no longer accommodate your session for any reason. You would be contacted prior to your session in the event of this.

Please **DO NOT** arrive earlier than your chosen session time. There is NOT a waiting area to seat anybody if you arrive early as your slot is exclusive to you. I don’t want anybody standing outside in the cold!

If you are late to your session this will cut into your allocated session time, as i will be back to back each day, all day and have to follow a clean/tidy routine between clients to refresh the setups.

Galleries are usually ready approx 2 weeks after your date
I usually update social media to notify the progress of each dates slots do you have an idea of when to receive yours from your particular date.
If these do run over slightly - don’t worry, you won’t have been forgotten, it just takes me a while to get through each session sometimes as particular sessions require more editing than others and they are done in order of when taken.

***Once you secure your session and receive your PayPal confirmation email, please save this written information for when your session comes around as it will not be repeated in a further email, so you will need to make a note of your chosen date and time slot***

Dates are first come first served so please do not hesitate to book if you’d like a space.
Each year, sessions sell out SUPER quick and a lot of people are disappointed.
***If you have the space in your cart, it can still be taken by somebody else so please don't think adding this to your cart voids the space for other people. At the moment there are no plans for further dates to be added***

I am unable to swap slots when secured so please make sure you check the slot you are booking is suitable.

I have a baby at home with focal epilepsy and this is triggered by illness. If you or any of your household is poorly just before or on the day of your session, PLEASE message me. I would rather struggle to fit you in somewhere else than spend time in hospital with my baby! Especially D&V. If she cannot keep her medication down she will be extremely poorly. I appreciate any transparency regarding this.

I am SO excited for these again this year and cant wait to see and see your little one(s)
